Braasj Bryggeri — Brygget av brødre

Braasj Bryggeri logoLast week I reviewed six different home brewed beers from Braasj Bryggeri — Brygget av brødre (Braasj Brewery — Brewed by brothers):

Braasj Bryggeri consists of Tom Young (Kjempetorsken) and his brother, Stein Tømmerås, which uses a 50l Speidel Braumeister to brew their beers.

Back in December 2011 I wrote a review of Over ripa IPA from Braasj which I really liked, so I had pretty high hopes for the beers I were to review this time around. Once you read the reviews you’ll see that I was not disappointed. Apart from Bare En Bitter (which might have had an infection) all beers stood out and were really tasty. A big thanks goes out to Tom that brought me these beers on the previous tasting I had back in December 2011.

I’m looking forward to trying some more beers from Braasj Bryggeri in the time to come, and who knows, maybe some time in the future I might even be able to pick up some bottles of Braasj at Vinmonopolet?

  1. You will be pleased to hear that Over Ripa IPA recently was brewed again. This time as a black IPA.
